There was another college baseball tournament in the Phoenix area last weekend. The College Baseball Classic, featuring teams from Brigham Young, Gonzaga, New Mexico, and Oregon State, took place in Surprise. Here are the tournament results:

If my math is correct, it looks like every team finished with a 2-2 record.
I did get to see Gonzaga play New Mexico, which was exciting, but not in a good way for the Lobos. New Mexico went ahead 4-2 in the top of the 9th, then lost 5-4 in the bottom of the inning on a throwing error. Argh!
