On December 5, New York Times bestselling author Greg Iles signed Cemetery Road at The Poisoned Pen in Scottsdale.
Greg is from Natchez, Mississippi. In addition to talking about the book, he also presented some fascinating facts about the history of his home state since the Civil War. He is a funny and entertaining speaker.
As he signed our copy of Cemetery Road, I explained that I had not read any of his work and asked him which book he would recommend for a reader new to his writing. He thought for a moment and said Black Cross would be his choice. I found one remaining paperback copy on the Pen’s table, bought it, and hurried back to the signing table. It is now the next book in my “to be read” stack.
